No worry service Camtronics

A malfunction of your sewer camera or inspection system is always unfortunate and unexpected. For this reason, the Camtronics No worry service is created. While we repair your inspection system, you can continue with your inspection work through a replacement rental system. This service is only for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

How does it work?

Camtronics has a collection of rental systems, which you can rent based on a price per day or per week.

These inspection systems are used in addition to rental for the No worry services. When you offer a system at Camtronics for repair, you can use an inspection system, such as the MiniFlex, under special conditions. You pay a fixed price of 2 days rent no matter how long the repair takes. You can see these costs as your contribution to the costs of the collection. In one case, you will be using a rental system for a longer period of time, in another case only a few days. What is certain is that you only pay a fixed amount. The No worry service works as follows:

Of course, it is also possible to use the rental system for a longer period of time. In this case we apply the standard rental prices. For more information, see the rental page.

Conditions of the No worries service

In order to guarantee this service, there are a number of conditions that everyone must follow.

Camtronics

  • Ensures an up-to-date collection of inspection systems.
  • If you wish, provides transportation, which is charged to you at cost price level.
  • Sends you an repair offer within 2 working days after we receive your system.
  • The repair offer includes the duration of the repair.
  • If there is more going on with your system, we will contact you.
  • If the repair takes longer, you can continue to use the rental system free of charge.

Customer

  • Responds within 2 working days if the repair offer is approved.
  • When we give you an advice about your system, that you respond within 2 working days.
  • Within 2 working days, after your system has been reported ready for use, you will arrange for the rental system to be exchanged (possibly in consultation with us for transport).
  • If these times are exceeded by you, you agree to pay the normal rental costs per day. See rental page.
